A thoughtfully designed split-level floor plan gives your group the best balance of communal zones and personal space. Cozy up on the massive living room sectional and talk for hours around the custom-made monkey pod dining table. When the night is over, simply retreat to the bedrooms tucked away on separate levels for maximum privacy.
